The final report of “Bilanční diagnostika“ (Working Psychological Profile) under the EU fonds, 25th June 2018:

Overall, the organizational skills and level of technical talent stand out significantly from the profile. Dominated by an excellent ability of area imagination, the level of holistic thinking, spatial imagination, and the level of analytical-synthetic thinking, the quality ability of independent thinking, good expressive abilities of speech and memory functions. The level of combination thinking is also excellent.

She is able to express her opinion in several ways and is disposed of in professions with higher demands on expressive abilities, on expression in communication. She has a very good ability to reason, independence in thinking, and an emphasis on common sense.

She tends to reserved behavior, but she tries to be attentive to other people. In society, she can keep a certain distance where she chooses. She showed acuity and alertness in thinking, it seems that she is able to adapt to new, less familiar situations and respond to them adequately. She is a slightly dominant type, but she does not have an overly strong tendency to assert herself at all costs. She can stand up for herself and has no problem defending her own opinion.

Introverted personality type. To other people, she may seem less predictable. She prefers free choice and does not stick to all the rules that should be followed. She tries to be objective in her evaluation, she is also oriented according to economic principles, she does not tend to slip towards sentimentality, she can take responsibility.

From the area of motivation to performance, several factors can be picked up: fearlessness, pride in performance, preference for difficulty, independence, dominance, confidence in success, flow factor, internality, and purposefulness. Fearlessness also testifies to a higher ability to withstand stress. She is not very afraid of failure or negative evaluation, it does not limit her performance. The difficulty preference factor shows higher demands on one’s own performance, motivation to overcome obstacles, ambition, and determination to solve problems.
